SULO MGB Australia offers a complete Fleet Maintenance Service (FMS) that efficiently manages the individual maintenance requirments of any bin fleet.
Residents can lodge a service request for a repair, replacement or new service through Councils standard customer service channels. This service is then scheduled with the maintenance team who perform the jobs in the field on a daily basis, ensuring the agreed response times are achieved. SULO provides regular summary reporting to provide a full update of all services completed.
Utilising SULO’s custom FMS program not only provides a cost effective and efficient service, it also eliminates the need to hold large stocks of bin components. This removes an operational requirement and provides financial benefits. Bin components are purchased on an as-required basis, that is invoicing occurs once the component has been delivered directly to the resident.
